Speak Up. Raise Concerns. Protect Our Standards.
A strong ethical culture depends on people being able to raise concerns responsibly. Oil Gas Munay supports appropriate reporting of suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, violations of company policies, safety concerns, corruption, fraud, or other matters that may require investigation.

- The environment
- The reputation of the organization
Reports should be made honestly and responsibly. The purpose of whistleblowing is to identify genuine concerns and protect the integrity of the organization.
What Can Be Reported?
Concerns may include suspected fraud, bribery or corruption, serious conflicts of interest, misconduct, violations of company policies, serious safety concerns, environmental misconduct, misuse of company assets, unethical business behavior, or retaliation against individuals who raise concerns.
Reports should be handled appropriately and with respect for confidentiality. Information should be shared only with those who need it for the purpose of assessing or investigating the concern.
Individuals who raise genuine concerns in good faith should not be subject to retaliation for doing so. We encourage responsible reporting and believe employees should be able to raise legitimate concerns without fear of inappropriate consequences.
